C-3 Comm Systems, LLC. has entered into a service agreement with Airbus ExO Alpha SAS to provide evaluation of airborne Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) network architecture and develop engineering plans to develop a V2V network demonstrator. “V2V networking and communications is an increasingly important part of drone networks” said Zhongren Cao, Managing Director of C-3 Comm Systems. “C-3 is uniquely positioned to partner with Airbus ExO Alpha SAS in the development of next generation V2V networks due to our leadership in drone network technology.”
C-3 will analyze the airborne V2V network architecture provided by Airbus, report on the network architecture for targeted airborne applications, and make recommendations to Airbus in order to improve the performance of targeted airborne applications. C-3 will also provide Airbus a technical implementation plan, which will lead to an airborne V2V network capability demonstration.
